To achieve the favorable conditions for a satisfactory Microsystems, there are several essays and studies about spouse and social duties in relation to pregnant mothers.
All systems in which mothers are engaged for their fetus are ecosystem as: emotional relations of one of the spouses, social network of friends, mothers, relatives, physical health in general and nutrition as key factors .Religious beliefs, values, economic and social problems, and the medical system of a society are the macro system of a fetus which has been studied. Some recommendations about all systems are discussed.
