Productivity is one of the essential purposes of modern organizations. All organizations have set it up as the title page of their tasks; but they design this important question:
” How can we reach productivity?” Therefore, historical mistakes in the evolution of management, must not be repeated in relationship to productivity. Human carelessness has been the source of many errors.
Productivity without active human presence is not possible; and human In evolutional directed toward ideal purposes will reach pleasure behaviors. Morality seems to be the instrument for this movement. Thus, in order to reach productivity, the matter that must not be forgotten in our society is attention to mortality in organizational actions and affects.
For moral acting, organization and management need moral standards and symbols. Clearly in Islam there are symbols, which have crucial topics of Divine religion that can solve many behavioral problems and help the organization to reach the directed purpose.
